I really enjoy finding and reading new blogs, as well as following fellow runners on Twitter and Instagram. So I want to make sure you know about Sunday night #therunchat. Per the website:
“Founded in June 2010 by David Hylton (@RunningBecause) and Scott Miles (@irunnerblog), #RunChat is a Q&A Twitter chat about running held on the 1st and 3rd Sundays at 10 p.m. ET and the 2nd and 4th Sundays at 8 p.m.ET (5th Sundays are announced a week ahead of time).
“#RunChat is a community for runners of all levels. This community makes runners who will never do more than a 5K all the way to marathon veterans feel welcome.”
So get on Twitter on Sunday nights, search for #therunchat and answer the questions posed. If you’re new to chats, use A1 to answer question one and so on; and use the hashtag so others can read your tweets.
Make sure to create a feed for #therunchat on your Hootsuite account so you can track everyone else’s answers. You won’t regret it.

I suspect that like me, you have the best intention to eat healthy and work out every week. The reality is that the execution is something most of us struggle with.
